The Allen-Bradley 100-E305KJ11 IEC 100 Contactor is a 3-pole AC/DC contactor designed to provide low power, and low-cost switching solution to a wide range of industrial applications. The 100-E305KJ11 Contactor features bolt-on types of connections to the main current circuit to streamline field-side wiring. It has 3 main contacts (3 normally open contacts) and 2 factory-fitted auxiliary contacts (1 normally closed, 1 normally open). The 3 main normally open contacts, together with the 2 auxiliary contacts, constitute all the current-carrying contacts on the main circuit. An optional terminal lug kit (the 100-CTN23 kit) for the wiring terminals can be ordered separately. The 100-E305KJ11 Contactor can accept AC or DC voltage actuation. It comes with a universal AC/DC electronic coil that offers significantly reduced switching power and accommodates a wide range of applications. The coil features wide coil control voltage ratings (from 24 to 60 Volts AC with 50 to 60 Hertz frequency or 20 to 60 Volts DC) and Class F type electrical insulation.

The Allen-Bradley 100-E305KJ11 IEC 100 3-Pole Contactor has an operating input voltage range from 115 Volts AC to 575 Volts AC (with a line frequency rating of 50 to 60 Hertz) and 24 Volts DC to 440 Volts DC. It has a rated operating current of 305 Amps with AC-3 motors and 500 Amps with AC-1 motors at 400 Volts AC nominal input. It also has a maximum power rating of 160 kilowatts at 415 Volts AC with AC-3 motors. The 100-E305KJ11 Contactor can be mounted on a 35-millimeter DIN Rail or on a panel. It supports installation at a maximum altitude of 3000 meters. The 100-E305KJ11 Contactor has a rated operating temperature range of -40 and 70 degrees Celsius. It comes with a sealed and insulated IP2X rated industrial housing that prevents the users from touching the internal contacts.
