100-E30EQ00

The 100-E30EQ00 contactor is a direct-on-line IEC certified contactor from Allen-Bradley and the IEC 100 Contactors series. It is part of the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100 line of contactors. This contactor is smaller in size than previous contactor versions and it is simple to install. To expand the functionality of the 100-E30EQ00 contactor, a variety of add-on accessories are available for use with it in special applications. It has a 32 Amps AC-3 utilization current rating at 400 Volts AC and an operating temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. It also has an AC-1 utilization current rating of 50 Amps at 690 Volts and 40 degrees Celsius. It can switch up to 9-kilowatts motors at an AC voltage range of 220 to 240 Volts AC and an operating frequency of 50 Hertz. It supports the switching of 11-kilowatt 3-phase motors with an AC voltage range of 380 to 415 Volts at 50 Hertz.

The Allen-Bradley 100-E30EQ00 3-pole AC/DC IEC 100 contactor comes with 3 normally open main contacts and no normally closed or auxiliary contacts. The unit is equipped with screw-clamp connection terminals. According to the UL/CSA standards, the main contact terminal has a recommended torque rating of 2.5 N-m and a cross-section of 14 to 8 AWG. The 100-E30EQ00 contactor has an electronic coil that has a low power consumption rating. The control voltage ranges of the coil are 12 to 20 Volts DC and 24 to 60 Volts AC at 50/60 Hertz. The “EQ” coil has a pick-up power range of 12 to 16 Watts and a hold-in power rating of 1.7 Watts, making it very energy-efficient. The 100-E30EQ00 contactor has a compact design and it measures 80 millimeters in height, 45 millimeters in width, and 86 millimeters in depth. It can be mounted easily and securely on a 35-millimeter DIN Rail.
