The Allen-Bradley 100-E38KY200 Compact IEC 100 Contactor is a DIN Rail/panel-mounted AC/DC contactor from the 100E line in the IEC 100 Contactors series. The 100-E38KY200 Contactor is designed with a universal AC/DC electronic coil that is controlled by a separate and lower voltage than the motor’s switching voltage. The coil control voltage ranges from 48 to 130 Volts AC at 50/60 Hertz coil frequency or from 48 to 130 Volts DC. The 100-E38KY200 Contactor’s electronic AC/DC coil has Class F insulation that provides thermal stability at up to 180 degrees Celsius at its full load ratings. On the contactor’s main circuit, there are 4 main contacts with screw-type terminals. The main contacts consist of 2 Normally Closed (NC) contacts and 2 Normally Open (NO) contacts. The screw-type terminals are easy to use and they provide fast and easy wiring connections for the field-side wiring.

The Allen-Bradley 100-E38KY200 IEC 100 Contactor has an operating voltage range between 115 Volts AC and 575 Volts AC or 24 Volts DC and 440 Volts DC. The 100-E38KY200 Contactor also has a built-in voltage suppression circuit, and it provides an electrical isolation voltage rating of up to 690 Volts. It also provides a rated impulse voltage withstand of up to 6000 Volts. The 100-E38KY200 Contactor is designed for high vibration levels and extreme industrial conditions. It has a wide ambient operating temperature range between -40 and 70 degrees Celsius and a storage temperature range of -60 to 80 degrees Celsius. The 100-E38KY200 Contactor comes with an IP2X rated insulated housing that protects the device against tampering and prevents the operators from touching the internal contacts.
