The Allen-Bradley 100-E38QJ200 4-Pole DC-Only Contactor is a DIN Rail-mounted large frame IEC contactor from the Bulletin 100E line in the IEC 100 Contactors series. This contactor features reduced dimensions and reduced weight so that it can fit into tight panel spaces. The 100-E38QJ200 Contactor also features a low power consumption-rated DC-only contactor coil with a low switching voltage rating. The coil also features a quicker drop-out capability to enhance its functionality. The 100-E38QJ200 Contactor’s coil has a rated voltage of 24 Volts DC and a switching current rating of 10 milliamps. The coil’s low switching voltage allows for connection with supported low-voltage pilot devices without interposing relays. The 100-E38QJ200 Contactor is insulated with an IEC rated Class F type of insulation, which provides thermal stability at full operation power.

The Allen-Bradley 100-E38QJ200 IEC 100 Contactor supports direct-on-line power connections with a direct 3-phase power source. It supports AC or DC inputs with ranges from 24 to 440 Volts DC or 115 to 690 Volts AC. The 100-E38QJ200 Contactor provides isolation voltage ratings of up to 690 Volt AC on all its circuits (both the main and the control circuits) and an impulse voltage withstand of up to 6 kilovolts. The 100-E38QJ200 Contactor has an insulated housing frame with an IP2X protection rating that houses the contacts and coil, as well as prevents the users from touching the internal contacts. The 100-E38QJ200 Contactor can be installed on an installation panel or on a 35-millimeter DIN Rail. The 100-E38QJ200 Contactor has a rated operating temperature range of -40 to 70 degrees Celsius and it can be installed at a maximum altitude of 3000 meters.
