The Allen-Bradley 104-E146KD22L Large Frame Reversing Contactor from the IEC 104 series is designed to accept either AC or DC input voltage as required by the application. It has 3 Normally Open (NO) main power contacts or poles that are labeled from L1 through L3 and that are used for the wiring to the power source. It also has a factory-supplied side-mounted mechanical interlock that does not have any normally closed auxiliary contacts which is used for connecting 2 contactors with the same kind of frame together. The 104-E146KD22L Contactor supports reversing contact connections, and by jumping the input wires from one contactor to another, the operators can achieve forward and reverse switching for AC motors. The 104-E146KD22L Contactor comes with 2 factory-supplied side-mounted auxiliary contacts with a snap-in design. These contacts include 1 normally open contact and 1 normally closed contact and they are used for hosting the low-power feedback wiring.
