The 1775-MC4 unit is an Allen-Bradley Core Memory Module. Because of its rarity, this memory module is valued at approximately 16K. This MC4 module saves all of the data that is placed into it on a solid-state memory module, which is completely shockproof. The storage that is available in this module can be utilized for any type of application requirements. The 1775-MC4 product belongs to the PLC Memory Module series and falls underneath the PLC-2 range. This Allen Bradley memory module has a backlit LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) with a 160 X 160-pixel resolution. The 1775-MC4 is known for its integrated impact protectors; these MC4 type modules are capable of switch state sensing, meaning that it can detect the switch’s state. An accurate temperature measurement is also provided by the 1775-MC4 PLC memory unit. In addition, an alarm or another kind of status indicator is present on this unit, in order to alert the user about this module’s ongoing operations, and any faults or errors that may be present.

An internal barometric pressure module and an external pressure module are also parts of the MC4. These two features are present in this module in order to keep a constant check up on the internal and the external pressures, which are integral factors when attempting to keep the systems running. For memory maintenance and the flow regulation, the MC4 products are provided with a leak/stability test, which helps the user find a clear picture of the operations being carried and the potential faults. The features of this MC4 also include a switch test cycle and a final ramp delay, features which help monitor and keep an updated check on the module’s current operations. The core memory of the 1775-MC4 can be used for the instrument data and calibration results, to name only a few of its many applications.
