The 1770-T12 is an Allen-Bradley PLC-4 Microcontroller Programmer that comes as a portable programmer device. The module is a full support device for the Allen-Bradley PLC-4 Microcontroller programming controller. The 1770-T12 is a recorder that is used for loading the user programs on the PLC-4 programmable controllers. The recorder comes with 6 switches. The 1770-T12 also features 10 LED indicators on the recording hardware. These LED lights indicate the operation state of the module. The 1770-T12 also features a data cartridge recorder that interfaces with the Allen-Bradley products. This is through a 25-pin RS-232 C Connector that comes labeled as Allen-Bradley Controller Equipment. The connector is usually attached to one end of the recorder cable.



The data recording switches feature a toggle switch that is used for turning the recorder power on and off. It also features the baud rate that acts as a rotary switch which selects tracks 1 and 2 or features continuous operation.
