The 1771-NA board is an Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation PLC 5 series node adapter board. It can be used with programmable controllers that support block transfer functions to interface analog signals with those controllers. The 1771-NA node adapter board can be used at an altitude of up to 1000 meters above sea level in an ambient temperature range from 0 to 60 degrees Celsius. This adapter board can work with drives from the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1395 product line. The 1771-NA node adapter board has a red LED for indicating processor faults and a green LED for indicating active communication between the board and the PLC controller.

The 1771-NA node adapter board from Allen-Bradley.Rockwell Automation family is a remote I/O accessory board. It can interface analog signals with the Allen-Bradley PLC 3 and PLC 5 programmable controllers that have block transfer capabilities. The board is powered with 5 Volts DC voltage. The ambient operating temperature should be between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius. It can be used at up to an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level. It uses the RIO protocol for internal communication. The node board supports different baud rates of 57.5 and 115 kilobauds. The node adapter board comes with a small surface mounting board. It contains the components which are used for communication with a PLC controller and which help in block transfers. The 1771-NA board helps the Bulletin 1395 Allen-Bradley drives to function as a remote I/O rack to the PLC controller.
The 1771-NA board is equipped with two LED indicators on it. The red Processor Fault LED lights up when there is a processor malfunction on the node board. The green LED is illuminated when there is an active communication status between the node adapter board and the PLC controller. The 1771-NA board is located in Port B of the 1395 host drive. The board should be stored in a temperature between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius. The board is a static sensitive device and it should be handled properly during the installation to avoid static damage. A 60-pin ribbon cable connector is used for connecting the board to the drive.
The 1771-NA board is a node adapter board from Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It is powered with 5 Volts DC.
