The Allen-Bradley 1771-OW16K is an electromechanical relay contact output module with 16 outputs and conformal coating. It is a reliable model that can be used in environments exposed to humidity and contaminants such as acid, ammonia, chlorine, and nitrogen. It must use a 1771-AM1 or 1771-AM2 chassis or 1771-A1B or later chassis. Without a surge limiting circuitry, surge limiting devices can be used to control capacitive, inductive, and resistive loads.
