The Allen-Bradley 1771-OX is a power contact output module. This module has 4 N.O./N.C. output points available. Four status indicators are present with this module, with 1 indicator per output. These indicators represent the output relay coils' state of being energized or de-energized. The 1771-OX also has a fuse that serves as protection for overload conditions. In case of overload, the output circuit will be opened. The voltage ratings of the 1771-OX module are 0-250V AC RMS and 0-175V DC. It also has a maximum current rating of 2 A and a power rating of 200 VA. Surge currents are present with this module and these are 5.5A AC peak for 5 seconds, 6A DC for 500 seconds, and 15A DC for 500 ms. Note that the surge current is repeatable every 10 seconds.
