The Allen-Bradley 2705-P11J1 RediPanel Standard Terminal is a pushbutton I/O unit that belongs to the Bulletin 800A RediPanel Operator Module product line and that is designed to communicate readily with the Allen-Bradley PLC Controllers over the Remote I/O network for the easy installation and configuration of push-buttons. The 2705-P11J1 Terminal is a standard 16-millimeter unit designed to operate in Class 1 Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D hazardous locations (abnormal locations with flammable gasses, liquids, and vapors in them), and it comes with a NEMA Type 12/13 (IP 65) industrial enclosure. Similar to all RediPanel pushbutton modules, the 2705-P11J1 Terminal comes with built-in diagnostic features that allow for smooth operation and control.

The 2705-P11J1 Terminal has an integral AC power supply with an operating voltage range of 90 to 264 Volts AC (at 47 to 63 Hertz), and it has an input current rating of 260 milliamps at 120 Volts AC. The 2705-P11J1 Terminal comes with a standard pushbutton configuration with 32 momentary incandescent-lamp illuminated pushbuttons (8 green, 8 red, 8 amber, and 8 white). The 2705-P11J1 Terminal is supplied with a standard 3-prong female communication connector, and a user-supplied I/O connector cable (the 1770-CD or Belden 9463 cable) can be ordered separately for I/O connections. The 2705-P11J1 communicates directly with the Allen-Bradley Programmable Logic Controller family over the serial datalink by using the supported Allen-Bradley 1747, 1771, 1772, 1775, and 5250-RS scanner modules. It offers adjustable baud rates over a maximum I/O distance of 10,000 feet. The 2705-P11J1 Terminal has an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius, and it can be used within a 5 to 95% non-condensing relative humidity range.
