The 2705-P21J2 800A RediPanel Standard Pushbutton Terminal is a fully-assembled 16-point pushbutton terminal made by Allen-Bradley that is designed to operate with the Allen-Bradley PLC and SLC controllers and I/O modules in critical industrial applications. This unit offers minimal cable and power wiring capabilities which eliminates the hardwiring costs and saves installation and startup time. The 2705-P21J2 Terminal offers 16 Normally Close (N.O.) LED illuminated pushbuttons for application control, and it is designed for NEMA 13 rated oil and dust-tight industrial applications. The 2705-P21J2 Terminal is supplied as a factory-assembled standard unit with a mounting plate and standard 3-prong female connector for easy installation.

The 2705-P21J2 Terminal has a built-in 120 to 240 Volts AC power supply, with a 90 to 264 Volts operating voltage range at 47 to 63 Hertz, and it has a maximum current rating of 190 milliAmps at 120 Volts AC input. As a unit, it comes with 6 red, 6 green, and 4 amber backlit buttons and an accessory part known as the 800A-C2D1 can be ordered to serves a replacement for any damaged buttons. The 2705-P21J2 Terminal communicates with the Allen Bradley PLC-2, 3, and 5 controllers over the Remote I/O link via the 1771-SN, 1747-SN, 1775, or 5250-RS scanner modules. It offers adjustable baud rates (57.6K, 115.2K, and 230.4K) over 10,000 feet of maximum cable distance, and it comes with DIP switches which can be used to configure and set the baud rates, rack address, handshaking, or last state and fault mode behavior. The 2705-P21J2 Terminal has an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degree Celsius and storage range of -40 to 85 degree Celsius.
