1783-RMS10T

The 1783-RMS10T switch is an Allen-Bradley Stratix 8300 switch. It is a managed switch with a 10-port base and it is 3-layered. It features an advanced routing capability and it does not require external power to operate. The switching device can be easily mounted in a vertical position only. It is recommended not to mount the switch horizontally because this may impede proper cooling and cause overheating. The enclosure of the switch is conformally coated, which protects it from harsh environmental condition. It is equipped with different networking ports on the front panel along with their corresponding status indicators. It comes with an inrush power rating of 2 Amps. The maximum input power of the device is 2 Amps with 18 to 60 Volts DC voltage. The maximum alarm relay current of the switch is 1 Amp at 30 Volts DC. It dissipates a maximum of 15.7 Watts in the form of heat. The rated insulation voltage of the switch is 75 Volts.

The Allen-Bradley 1783-RMS10T switch comes with a basic insulation with power to ground, power to network, and power to alarm channels. The switching device comes with a T4 rating from both the North American temperature code and the IEC temperature code. The 1783-RMS10T switch is also equipped with a memory card for memory extension. It meets the CE, RCM, KC, EAC, and other industrial standards. The surrounding air temperature should not exceed a maximum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. The 1783-RMS10T switch provides management and diagnostics within both IT and control environments.
