The Allen-Bradley 6186-M15ALTC is part of the VersaView industrial monitor product category. This industrial monitor is especially designed to withstand the demanding environment of industrial applications. It is used to provide visualization especially with the Allen-Bradley VersaView and non-display industrial computers. It may also be used with commercial desktop and 3rd party industrial computers.

The 6186-M15ALTC is designed for general purpose application however, it is also suitable for use in hazardous locations such as Class I, Division 2 Groups A, B, C, D, Class II, Division 2 Groups F, G, and Class III, Division 1 application areas. This industrial monitor supports Panel mounting, Rack mounting and Bench / Tabletop mounting. This device is provided with the appropriate mounting holes that are specifically utilized for each of the selected mounting methods. The dimension of the 6186-M15ALTC industrial monitor is 12.15” (H) x 16.11” (W) x 2.67” (D). It requires a panel cutout of 285.6 x 386.6 mm (11.24 x 15.22 in.) and minimum installation clearances of minimum of 51 mm (2.0 in.) around the back, sides, and bottom, and 77 mm (3.0 in.) on the top for ventilation.

The 6186-M15ALTC features a 15-inch Color Active Matrix TFT, with display area and resolution of 305 x 229 mm (12.0 x 9.0 in) and 1024 x 768 pixels, respectively. It supports 256 K colors allowing implementation of colored display. It is installed with a CCFT Tubes with half-life operation of 50,000 hrs. It has a capacitive touch input interface, powered by an external AC supply voltage range of 90-264V ac, 47-63 Hz. It has an RGB analog Video input signal and Female HD-15 or DVI video input connector.

Note that the touchscreen has a capacitive antiglare shield and an aluminum bezel for protection. The 6186-M15ALTC uses an RGB analog video input signal and an 80 MHz video bandwidth to create a video interface. The 6186-M15ALTC monitor also has various options that you can configure on the OSD controls, such as contrast, OSD lock and unlock, power on/off, automatic screen setup, manual color adjustment, horizontal/vertical positioning, resolution information, and factory settings reset. Its approximate dimensions are 12.2 x 16.14 x 2.28 inches and its weight is 9 kg. The 6186-M15ALTC has a 24V DC input voltage and 24W for maximum power consumption, at 47-63 Hz.
