The 6186-M17ALTC VersaView 1700M by Allen-Bradley is a heavy industrial monitor which offers a unique flat LCD that can provide visualization, maintenance, and control when used with any of Allen-Bradley’s non-display industrial computers. The LCD is a 17-inches color active-matrix capacitive touchscreen that has a display area of 13.3in x 10.7in. It has a native resolution of 1280 x 1024 with a contrast ratio of 450:1, and a display brightness of 260 cd/m2 (Nits). The 6186-M17ALTC has a CCT backlight with an average standby time of 50,000 hours, and it is designed with an aluminum bezel. It comes with both DVI and Analog (VGA) for digital and analog video signal Inputs, and it creates video interface via the HD-15 or DVI ports.

The 6186-M17ALTC’s OSD controls can adjust the LCD’s brightness, automatic screen setup, contrast, horizontal/vertical screen position, image lock, video information, and color balance. The OSD controls also switch the 6186-M17ALTC on and off and adjust the sync-detected controls. The monitor can be installed in many mountings including a Panel, Tabletop, or Wall Mounting. Its input voltage is 90-264V AC (auto-ranging), and it has about 36W of maximum power consumption. The monitor is can operate without de-rating at a temperature range of 32-122 °F, at 10-90% non-condensing relative humidity, and it is stored at a temperature between -4 and 140 °F. It can withstand 2G operational vibration at 10-640Hz, and it is also built to withstand an operational shock of 20G. It has a NEMA Type 12, 4, 4X, IEC, and IP66-rated enclosure, and is C-TICK, UL, CE, and cUL-tested. It weighs approximately 10kg (22.01lb), and measures 14.02in x 17.8in x 2.16in.
