The 6186M-15PTSS is an industrial performance monitor that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This monitor may be used with commercially available computers and 3rd party industrial computers as well. For Allen-Bradley products, it is especially compatible with the VersaView and industrial non-display computers. This monitor has the capability of providing visualization as it features video input ports.

The 6186M-15PTSS features a 15-inch screen with native resolution of 1024x768 however, it has selectable frequency and refresh rate options such as 720 x 400 @ 70 Hz; 640 x 480 @ 60 Hz, 75 Hz; 800 x 600 @ 60 Hz, 75 Hz; 1024 x 768 @ 60 Hz, 70 Hz, 75 Hz; and 1280 x 1024 @ 60 Hz, 75 Hz with a response rate of less than 35 ms. This monitor has a resistive touch screen input and installed with a backlight that is designed to reach half-life operation at 50,000 hours when operated at 25 °C or 77 °F.

The 6186M-15PTSS has an RGB analog video signal input and provided with connectors such as HD-15 VGA for analog video signal and DVI port for digital video signal. It also has USB interfaces which consists of One (1) type B USB port for connecting host computer and Two (2) type A USB 2.0 port.

Electrical specification of this industrial monitor includes power supply requirement of 100-240VAC with autoswitching capability with line frequency of 47-63 Hz and power consumption of 34W.

It has two rear USB 2.0 ports (Type A) and one USB type B port with a current capacity of 500mA which provides connection to a host computer and to other peripheral devices. It has a DC power supply input with a voltage rating of 9-36V DC and it uses a DIN rail-mounted AC power adapter with a voltage rating of 100-240V AC and a power consumption of 34W. The 6186M-15PTSS has an operational temperature range between 0 and 55 deg. Celsius at 10-90% non-condensing relative humidity. It has dimensions of 12.2 x 16.14 x 2.4 in and weighs approximately 19lb.
