The Allen-Bradley VersaView 6181P-15NP2KH Performance Integrated Display Computer has a 15-inch touchscreen and it is an Allen-Bradley Workstation with a Pentium Intel Core i3-4102E processor and an integrated DDRR AM memory that is 1 GB of RAM. It is not only a typical Human Machine Interface (HMI) but it is also a full industrial processor that serves as a control interface for the operators and maintenance crews so they can gain access to a whole machine control algorithm from a single point.

The open-type construction of the Allen-Bradley VersaView 6181P-15NP2KH Performance Integrated Display Computer requires the computer to be installed inside a protected enclosure to keep it away from humidity, dirt, and debris. When installed properly, this workstation’s display can be installed in a NEMA Type 12, IP 66 rated enclosure. The rear part of the Allen-Bradley VersaView 6181P-15NP2KH Performance Integrated Display Computer should not be exposed to the elements and it must be protected inside an enclosure as well. External serial communication ports, Ethernet ports, and a power supply port are located at the bottom part of the computer inside the protective enclosure. It is possible to install the computer in both landscape and portrait orientations. A grounded, 3-prong IEC60320-C13 power cord provides power to the computer by using a 100 to 240 Volts AC power supply. Because the computer is a highly sophisticated piece of equipment with many ESD-sensitive parts, only properly trained personnel should be allowed to perform the cleaning, maintenance, or any other type of service to the industrial workstation.
