The 6181P-12TPW7DC by Allen Bradley is an Integrated Display Computer. Designed for an industrial environment, it offers a compact, panel mounted, industrial solution. Combined with a TFT flat-panel touch screen all in one chassis, this computer suitable for SCADA/HMI Applications.

The 6181P-12TPW7DC is powered by a DC voltage anywhere between 18 and 32 Volts. Its 12-inch touchscreen is a resistive type screen which is more durable and can be operated while wearing gloves. This module is a “Performance” model that has an aluminum or stainless steel bezels and a flush design to reduce accumulation of dust on the display. The front USB 2.0 port is lockable to help control application access; four rear USB ports are available to connect peripherals or accessories.

The 6181P-12TPW7DC Industrial Computer has an Intel Core Duo U2500, 1.2 GHz/2M L2 cache Processor, 4 GB DDR2 of memory, 2 PCI expansion slots for half-length, full-height, add-in cards, a slim DVD-RW/CD-RW drive, and a 2.5 inch SATA drive with a capacity of 100 GB.

In addition to the five (5) available USB ports a complete range of I/O ports are provided including two (2) Gigabit Ethernet ports (RJ45), a PS/2 mouse port, a PS/2 keyboard port, a Parallel port, a DVI-I port, two (2) serial COM ports, and an Audio line in/line out and Microphone.

The 6181P-12TPW7DC can operate in ambient temperatures up to 55 degrees Celsius and as low as 0 degrees and can withstand a vibration level up to 0.006 inches peak to peak 10 to 57 Hertz and 1 g peak (57 to 640 Hertz) while in operation.
