The 1403-CF001 fiber optic cable assembly is an Allen Bradley-Rockwell Automation product used with a Powermonitor II power management tool from the Bulletin 1403. The first four digits of the product code represent the 1403 family of products, while “CF” stands for “Fiber Cable”. This model of fiber optic cable has a pre-cut finished length of 1 meter, so the last digit of the product code point exactly at that. In regard to communications architecture of the Powermonitor II, the intended design implies that the Master Module and Display Modules are interconnected to create a fiber optic ring. The Powermonitor II can incorporate up to three Display Modules. The fiber optic ring is considered to be completed when all of the components of the unit are properly connected.
