Optional Remote I/O (RIO) interface may be installed to enable RIO connectivity. This interface module has embedded 8K user memory and supports configuration of up to 244 screens of data. It also supports implementing Recipe function, enabling modification of block. Up to a maximum of 10 non-sequential register per address downloads is permitted using this function.

The 2707-L8P2 is provided with an Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) that is capable of displaying Four (4) lines of data with each line supporting up to 20 Characters. This display component is installed with a LED backlight or a Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD).
