The 2711-T10C14 panel is a graphics panel designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The panel belongs to the PanelView 1000 series and it has a display size of 10.1 inches. The screen is a multi-color touchscreen which is very responsive to touch. The panel is mostly used with machinery as a human-machine interface module. The input power of the display panel lies between 85 and 264 Volts AC. The 2711-T10C14 panel can store data and information in its 256 KB memory. For mounting, the panel comes with a NEMA Type 4X enclosure. It is not water-resistant and it should be protected against water sprays and splashes. The display panel has an operator input keyboard with 32 function keys. The display panel offers backup restoration functionality. This panel variant uses Modbus for internal communication. Allen-Bradley offers a 12-month warranty after the panel has been installed. The panel can be used at up to a height of 2000 meters without being derated.
The 2711-T10C14 panel has a color-active matrix TFT screen. The panel has 384 cells for better touch responsiveness. The front panel of the display has fault status and COMM status LEDs. The fault status turns red when there is a firmware or hardware fault. The COMM status will turn green when successful internal communication occurs. The graphic panel has a simple interface and it is very easy to use. It supports different languages and it can be controlled by using the PanelBuilder 32 software. The 2711-T10C14 panel displays a configuration mode menu when it is turned on for the first time. After the desired application is loaded, the terminal displays the application startup screen. The PanelView terminal also supports an alarm list queue to store information about triggered alarms. The list can store up to 100 alarms in the nonvolatile RAM.
