The 2711-T10G3 is a PanelView standard operator terminal that specifically belongs to the PanelView 1400 Standard operator terminal. This operator terminal permits operators and other plant personnel to control an industrial process or machine and integrate data of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) from a central location. This contributes to a more efficient and accurate control as it provides a real-time operational reference.

This operator terminal has a 10.1-inch grayscale display, capable of representing devices and process instruments in black and white color. Additionally, it come with a touch input interface, enabled by the embedded 384 (24 columns x 16 rows) with individual touch cell size of 33 x 37 pixels.

The 2711-T10G3 has a dual interface used for specific functions. The primary communication port used for data exchange with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is the DH485 port while the secondary RS232 interface is used for communication with printers for alarm and events documentation.

The 2711-T10G3 is installed to an enclosure rated NEMA Type 12/13, 4X (Indoor use only) IP54, IP65. It supports horizontal orientation only and powered by an external supply voltage range of 85-264VAC with frequency range of 43-63 Hz. It has Two (2) status indicator intended for terminal communication and fault notifications.

The Allen-Bradley 2711-T10G3 has a DH-485 communication port and an RS-232 printer port. Program upload and downloads is only implemented through the communication port. This grayscale touchscreen uses a NEMA Type 12/13 or 4X enclosure and requires an input power of 85-264VAC. It has an embedded 256KB memory that can be used to store files, applications, and other data. The 2711-T10G3 operator terminal’s operating temperature ranges from -0 to 55 degrees Celsius and its storage temperature ranges from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. It can also be stored at temperatures as high as 80 degrees Celsius or as low as -30 degrees Celsius but only for a maximum of 240 hours. It also has a high storage humidity range of 70 to 90% relative humidity for up to 120 hours.
