The Allen-Bradley 2711E-T12C4 is a PanelView 1200e stud mount touchscreen terminal. It features a CRT color display with a screen saver function, has a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, and measures 12 inches. The touchscreen has a water-clear, hard-coated, scratch-resistant polyester over chemically-strengthened glass and is a resistive matrix type. It has an actuation force of 2.5 to 3 oz or 71-100 grams and an actuation rating of around 1,000,000 presses. 120 touch cell areas with 40 x 64 pixels are available with this terminal. The bezel of this terminal is made up of a brushed stainless steel with #4 finish over cast aluminum bezel.
A battery-backed clock is present with the 2711E-T12C4 terminal and you can set it to display not only the leap year corrected date and day of the week but also the time in AM/PM or 24-hour format. Note that the clock has an accuracy of +/- 7 minutes per month. It also has a form-c contact alarm relay with a maximum of 250V AC, 8 A continuous and 30V DC, 8 A continuous.
