The Allen-Bradley 2711-K9A16L1 Terminal is a display device that provides an interface solution for monitoring industrial systems. This 9-inch monochromatic DC-rated PV900M is a member of the Bulletin 2711 PanelView Series of operator terminals. The 2711-K9A16L1 allows users to enter data via the keypad located on the right side of the AC plasma-type screen. The 14 data-input keys include 10 numeric (0-9) keys and plus, minus, enter, backspace, and decimal point keys. It also features a set of user-defined function keys from F1 to F16 and cursor keys. The 2711-K9A16L1 Interface terminal runs on a 24V DC power source. It has a peak power consumption of 58 W (2.5 A) and supply voltage ranging between 18 and 30V DC. It has an RS-232 Printer Port that connects to printers supporting IBM enhanced character set. Its RS-232 (DF1) communication port provides connectivity with a MicroLogix, PLC, or SLC controller. The 2711-K9A16L1 ships with a full-size template for marking accurate cutout dimensions. If using a memory card retainer, allow enough clearance at the back of the terminal to make loading the memory card possible. Make sure to position the terminal sealing gasket properly to make a complete compression type seal.
