The Allen-Bradley 2711P-K7C15A7 is an old PanelView Plus Terminal that has been replaced with the newer 2711P-K7C4A9 PanelView Plus 6 Terminal. However, Allen-Bradley continues to sell the 2711P-K7C15A7, and it is used for applications that control, monitor and display status information graphically. The 2711P-K7C15A7 terminal comes with a 6.5-inch TFT screen that has a keypad input. The keypad contains numeric, navigation, and function keys. The native resolution is 640 x 480 with 18-bit color graphics. The 2711P-K7C15A7 has 256 MB of RAM and 256 MB of nonvolatile memory for user data storage. Its dimensions are 14 x 11 x 8 in. and it weighs 8 lbs. The 2711P-K7C15A7 requires an input voltage of 85 - 264V AC at 50 – 60 Hz with 160 VA of maximum power consumption. The Ethernet and RS-232 serial ports facilitate efficient communication with DH-485, DH+, and ControlNet modules. The 2711P-K7C15A7 also has 2 USB ports to connect external devices such as a mouse, printer, keyboard and flash drives.  The ControlNet terminals can connect to a single or multiple controllers on a ControlNet network. It also supports Secure Digital (SD) cards for data backup and a battery-backed real-time clock for timestamping data.
