The Eaton DG1-32011FB-C21C Variable Frequency AC Drive is a general-purpose AC drive designed for the most demanding industrial applications. This modularly-constructed drive offers a cost-effective motor control solution within a compact design and it is designed with standard industrial communication protocols and I/O in order to meet various application needs. The DG1-32011FB-C21C Variable Frequency AC Drive features the Eaton patented “Active Energy Control,” a power-saving feature in pump applications that optimizes power use and reduce power loss by manipulating the V/H curve to meet the pump’s required output level. The DG1-32011FB-C21C Variable Frequency AC Drive is suitable for industrial applications like the Booster Pumps, Screw Conveyors, Fire Pumps, Chiller Compressors, Pump Jacks, and Fan and applications.

The DG1-32011FB-C21C Variable Frequency AC Drive features the Sensorless Vector Control mode where the torque can be increased by up to 200% briefly to meet certain overload requirements, and it also features Safe Torque-Off safety protocol. This drive has a 3-phase voltage rating of 200 Volts AC and an acceptable operating range between 200 and 240 Volts AC. It has a total output rating of 2.2 kilowatts (3 Horsepower) and a nominal current rating of 11 Amps. The DG1-32011FB-C21C Variable Frequency AC Drive provides reliable speed and torque control via the Sensorless Vector Control (SVC) or Volts per Hertz Control mode, and it offers the Flying Start function which automatically sets the drive’s speed to match the actual speed of the motor. The factory-installed option includes a brake chopper for dissipating regenerative energy, an EMC line filter, and a conformally-coated PCB. It supports the Ethernet/IP, BACnet, Modbus TRU, and Modbus TCP protocols, and it can be configured by using the easy to use and highly intuitive Power Xpert inControl configuration software.
