The DG1-32017FB-C21C Adjustable Frequency AC Drive is a high efficiency, new generation variable frequency drive engineered for applications with demanding speed and torque requirements. All of Eaton’s DG1 drives are equipped with built-in motor and system protection such as under-current/over current protection, stall protection, jam detection, electronic motor overload protection, and password protection, and a special starting mode called the flying start mode. The DG1-32017FB-C21C AC Drive is suitable for multi-motor applications with equal speed capability, which ensures synchronous speed among mechanically coupled motors. The DG1-32017FB-C21C AC Drive has a voltage rating of 200 Volts AC (3-phase) and a total output power rating of 3.7 kilowatts (5 Horsepower). The DG1-32017FB-C21C AC Drive comes with an integrated EMC filter and a braking chopper for decelerating high-inertia loads or dissipating regenerative energy. The DG1-32017FB-C21C AC Drive features the Safe Torque-Off, an integrated feature in all the DG1 drives which ensures torque-free stopping and prevents accidental starting. It operates with either the Volt per Hertz Control or the Sensorless Vector Control, and it offers 110% (with Variable Torque) and 150% (with Constant Torque) overload ratings in both operating modes. The DG1-32017FB-C21C AC Drive comes with a multi-language graphic LCD screen and keypad which supports easy menu navigation and on-screen diagnostics and troubleshooting, and it also supports the Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, and BACnet communications as standard communication options.
