The DG1-32025FB-C21C drive is a DG1 series general-purpose drive from the Eaton PowerXL series of adjustable frequency AC drives. The industrial drive is efficient and it easily meets the demands of different applications. The drive offers robust performance and is cost effective in the long run. It is equipped with a real-time clock which supports calendaring and the PLC functionality. This 3-phase drive has an input/output rating of 230 Volts (208/240 Volts). The DG1-32025FB-C21C drive runs with a current rating of 25 Amps and it generates a power output level of 4.5 Horsepower. The dynamic braking facility is missing in this drive variant because no brake chopper is present. The drive comes with a keypad lockout feature. For easy operator interface, the drive is equipped with an LCD graphical panel. Along with the panel, a keypad is present for navigating through the interface menu and configuring different functions.

The DG1-32025FB-C21C drive comes with an integrated common mode reduction 5% DC link choke with input surge protection. The drive is globally accepted by the UL, CE, RoHS, and other standards. The DG1-32025FB-C21C drive works well with both normal duty and heavy-duty applications. The frequency of the drive is in between 50 and 60 Hertz.  The drive comes with energy saving algorithms and high short circuit values which in turn provide maximum efficiency. For internal communication, the drive supports different modules including the Modbus RTU, Ethernet IP, and BACnet modules.
