The Eaton Cutler-Hammer DG1-32031FB-C21C Adjustable Frequency AC Drive is a high performance, multi-purpose AC drive that is designed to meet the speed and torque requirements of a variety of high-performance motion control applications. The DG1-32031FB-C21C AC Drive comes with a modular compact design that provides operators with application flexibility, even in applications with limited panel-space, and it features Eaton’s patented “Active Energy Control”, an energy-saving feature which optimizes the drive's efficiency and reduces power loss by automatically setting the Volts/Hertz curve to match the required output level. The DG1-32031FB-C21C AC Drive comes with integrated motor and system protection, including the Stall protection, Electronic motor overload protection, Flying Start mode, and password protection.

The DG1-32031FB-C21C AC Drive has both 3-phase input and output, and it has an input rating of 200 Volts AC and an operating voltage range of 200 to 240 Volts AC. It has a maximum output rating of 7.5 kilowatts (10 Horsepower) and a current rating of 31 Amps. The DG1-32031FB-C21C AC Drive is operated with either the Sensorless Vector Control or the Volts per Hertz Control, and when it is in the Sensorless Vector Control mode, it can briefly supply up to 200% of the Full Load Amps, making it ideal for application with extreme load requirements. The DG1-32031FB-C21C AC Drive comes with standard factory-installed options like Conformally Coated PCBs, an EMC Line Filter, and a Multi-Language LCD screen with a keypad. It supports the Ethernet/IP, MODBUS TCP, MODBUS RTU, and BACnet communication protocols, which allows for smooth integration to an existing network. The DG1-32031FB-C21C AC Drive is designed with plug-in terminals that allow for the easy installation and termination of the I/O, and it is configured with the Power Xpert inControl software.
