The Eaton Cutler-Hammer DG1-32114FN-C21C Variable Frequency AC Drive is a highly efficient AC drive that is engineered specifically to meet the speed and torque demands of today’s commercial and industrial motion control applications. It comes in a compact, cost-effective modular construction that can be adapted to meet different application needs, and it comes with conformally-coated PCBs which provide additional protection against dust and corrosive gasses in extreme environmental conditions. The DG1-32114FN-C21C Drive comes with a multi-line graphic LCD screen with multi-language, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and easy menu-navigation support. It also comes with Electronic Motor Overload Protection, Stall Protection, Password Protection, and Safe-Torque Off Protection.

The DG1-32114FN-C21C Drive has a power output rating of 30 kilowatts (40 Horsepower) and an operating current rating of 114 Amps. It has a 3-phase voltage rating of 220 Volts AC, and it is compatible with circuits with an operating voltage range of 200 to 240 Volts AC. The DG1-32114FN-C21C Drive offers Sensorless Vector Control (SVC) and Volts Per Hertz Control as standard control modes, and it offers overload ratings at 110% and 150% of the FLA ratings to meet extreme application demands. The DG1-32114FN-C21C Drive comes with a built-in EMC filter and a battery-backed internal clock with timestamps for fault messages as a standard feature. The standard I/O include 8 digital inputs, 1 digital output, 2 analog inputs, 2 analog outputs, and 3 relay outputs.  The DG1-32114FN-C21C Drive can be configured by using the Power Xpert inControl software (a Field Device Tool/Device-Type Manager-based software) and a connection with a computer can be established via a Serial RS-485 or Ethernet link. The drive has an IP 21 ingress protection rating and a rated operating temperature range of -10 to 50 degrees Celsius.
