The SPX007A2-4A1B1 Adjustable Frequency Drive is a high-performance AC drive that is manufactured by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The microprocessor-based core of this SPX9000 series adjustable frequency drive ensures a fast drive-to-drive communication process. The CAN communication and the drive tools offer fast monitoring facilities that are able to monitor several drives simultaneously. It has incremental absolute encoder support. The SPX007A2-4A1B1 Adjustable Frequency Drive provides full torque control at zero speed and all speeds. It also has less than 2% torque accuracy. The ambient operating temperature of this AC drive is -10 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity is 0 to 95% RH without condension, corrosion, and dripping water in the installation environment.



 



The SPX007A2-4A1B1 Adjustable Frequency Drive comes with an auxiliary 240 Volts power supply which is handheld to monitor and program the control module without supplying full power to the whole AC drive. The Local/Remote Application utilizes digital input DIN6 to select between local and remote control. The enclosure's NEMA rating is 12 and the IP rating is IP 54. The “Seven in One“ precision application program consists of a variety of options that are the basic, standard, local/remote, multi-step speed control, PID control, multi-purpose control and pump, and fan control option with auto change. The SPX007A2-4A1B1 Adjustable Frequency Drive comes with an alphanumeric keypad which can display up to 3 monitored parameters simultaneously.  During installation, make sure to allow the required space for proper air circulation and cooling. Some of the operations of this drive include open-loop vector control operations, speed control, and motor control operations.
