The SPX010A1-4A1B1 Adjustable Frequency Drive is a microprocessor-based AC drive designed by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. This AC drive provides data logger functionalities that can be used to analyze system dynamic performance without using additional hardware. It comes with integrated 3% line reactors on drives and they are separated from the chassis. It also offers I/O connections with simple quick connection terminals. The standard option board configuration includes an A9 I/O board and an A2 relay output board installed in Slots A and B, respectively. The brake chopper option of this AC drive consists of an internal brake chopper circuit and the board modification is the standard modification. The SPX010A1-4A1B1 Adjustable Frequency Drive has more than 200% of the starting torque rating depending on the drive sizing and the full capabilities for master/slave configuration. The multi-purpose control application provides a wide range of parameters for controlling motors.
The SPX010A1-4A1B1 Adjustable Frequency Drive can be used for various kinds of application processes, where wide flexibility of I/O signals is needed. This AC drive can be adapted to a variety of applications by using its “Seven in One” precision application program. The alphanumeric keypad of the drive provides a copy/paste function to transfer the parameter settings from one drive to the other. During installation, make sure that the mounting surface is flat and strong enough to support the drive. The SPX010A1-4A1B1 Adjustable Frequency Drive also can be used to operate induction motors by using the system software delivered with the drive.
