The SVX125A1-4A1N1 is a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) from Cutler Hammer, a division of Eaton Corporation. This drive is mainly used to control the speed and torque of an industrial AC motor. This drive has an input voltage of 380-500 VAC, 3-Phase, along with an input frequency of 50/60 Hz. This drive has an output voltage of 0-500 VAC, 3-Phase with a motor applicable output power of 125 HP, an output current of 170 Amperes, and a programmable output frequency of 0-320 Hz. It is pre-installed with an integrated Keypad and LCD display for local operation, configuration, and diagnostics of the drive. The supported control methods of this drive are Volts / Hertz (V/Hz) and Sensorless Vector Control (SVC), especially compatible for producing contact and variable torque. For dynamic braking options, the SVX125A1-4A1N1 comes with DC injection and Dynamic braking capability. The SVX125A1-4A1N1 has an FR8 Frame size and comes with an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP21 and NEMA Rating of NEMA 1. It is intended to be mounted on a panel in vertical orientation only. This drive supports multiple communication protocols such as PROFIBUS-DP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, LonWorks, CANopen, DeviceNet, Modbus-TCP, Modbus-RTU, BACnet MS/TP. The SVX125A1-4A1N1 has Six (6) 24VDC fully programmable discrete inputs; Fully programmable One (1) 48 VDC and Two (2) Normally Open (N.O.) contact outputs; Two (2) 0-10 VDC, 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA analog input and One (1) 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA output channels. The control section of this drive is designed to accept 24 VDC and an input current of 250 mA.

This optimized device is able to perform vector control through a system of stator flux coordinates. Stator flux coordinates increase the accuracy by multiple folds because even small variations in measurements are detected and corrected by the SVX125A1-4A1N1 performance drive.
