The Eaton Cutler-Hammer 92-00605-02 Modicon PanelMate Plus 4000 Operator Interface is a 10-page controller operator interface terminal with a color LCD screen. This terminal features a rugged design that is suitable for harsh industrial applications, and its compact design makes it suitable for tight-space applications and it also redices costs. The 92-00605-02 operator interface is rated for 110 to 230 Volts AC auto-sensing voltage, and it has an operating input range between -15% and 10% of the rated AC input. This terminal has a nominal current rating of 2 Amps and an apparent power rating of 85 Volts-Amps. The 92-00605-02 operator interface has a 2-terminal removable fault relay output with 2 Amps of resistive load rating at its rear end and it also has a removable audio output port and a removable security key switch input on the same end.

The 92-00605-02 operator interface has a 14-inch-wide color CRT display for graphically displaying machine application processes and it provides operator input via a 4-button control panel and a numeric keypad panel. The 92-00605-02 operator interface provides 2 serial communication ports (Serial Port 1 and Serial Port 2) as standard communication ports for PLC communication. This standard DB9S (sockets) ports are pre-configured for RS-232, RS-485-2, and RS-422 signal levels, and they can also be used for connecting to a personal computer for uploading and downloading application files. With the use of a "one-time-use" diskette option, the terminal can also upload/download configuration files from a personal computer via the Allen-Bradley PLC network. The 92-00605-02 operator interface also supports Allen-Bradley DH-485 (SLC-500) Communications and Modicon Modbus Communications via a one-time use diskette option.
