The Eaton Cutler-Hammer 7685ST-15OD is a PanelMate ePro outdoor series machine display. It features a 15-inch thin film transistor (TFT) color display with a stainless steel bezel. It has an SVGA resolution of 800 x 600 pixel and 16 million colors. This display has an auto-dimming feature and a brightness of up to 505 Nits. It also comes with a field replaceable backlight that has an average life of 50,000 hours. Input is done via the resistive touchscreen with alphanumeric keypad support that can be used with bare or with gloved hands. The memory present on the 7685ST-15OD display is 512 MB DDR2 RAM and a 1 GB internal CompactFlash drive for both the C and D drives. For external storage, it comes with 4 USB and 2 PCMPIA ports, as well as 1 external CompactFlash card slot. Other slots present are 1 VGA port and 2 serial ports. It has a third-party software support and screen saver and is compatible with the Windows XP embedded operating system.
