The 7685T-10 is a display module with a 10-inch TFT resistive touchscreen. It is part of the Eaton PanelMate ePro PS series of display modules. The 7685T-10’s touchscreen is made of glass and it is DC-powered. It comes with a CD-ROM instruction manual and it is made of painted steel.
The 7685T-10 communicates with other machines through its integrated Ethernet and RS-serial communication ports. It can also support an OPC server, USB, and compact flash drives. The OPC server can communicate with over 70 different drivers, including the Cutler-Hammer Serial D50/D300 drive, the Fuji Flex drive, and the Allen-Bradley DF1 Serial, Ethernet, and the ControlLogix Ethernet drive. The 7685T-10 is UL. CUL, CE, and CSA Class I Division 2-certified.
With a PCI adapter kit, the 7685T-10 can connect to a third-party circuit board that has the ePro PS unit. The user can back up its manufacturing load and even its operating system on a CD. The 7685T-10’s voltage specification is 24V DC (-15-24%). Its ePro canvas software can handle applications with hundreds of pages of specifications. The 7685T-10 also uses the Microsoft XP operating system.
