The Eaton Cutler-Hammer 7685T-10C is a PanelMate ePro PS classic operator interface that features a 10.4-inch touchscreen display. Gloved-hand touchscreen operations are supported by this interface because it uses a resistive touchscreen, and 2-touch control is available. The installed touchscreen is an active color matrix thin film transistor (TFT) display with 16 million colors and an SVGA resolution of 800 x 600. This interface also has a display brightness of 420 nits and an auto-dimming feature. Its field replaceable backlight has an average life of 50,000 hours.

Also found on the 7685T-10C interface are communication ports, specifically 1 Ethernet 10/100 Base-T port, 1 RS-232 serial port, and 1 RS-232/422/485 port, as well as 1 video output port and 4 USB 2.0 ports. The slots present are 1 CompactFlash memory card slot and 2 PCMCIA Type II slots that can be used for additional memory. The available memory on this interface is 1 GB on a CompactFlash drive with C and D partitions, as well as 512 MB DDR of RAM. This interface features a Protect Mode to secure the operating system and data files on the C partition of the interface and it is panel mounted, with enclosure ratings of NEMA Type 4/4x/12, IP65.
