The 1175T-PMP-1100 PanelMate Pro LT Operator Interface is a compact operator interface device from the Eaton PanelMate Pro LT operator interface product line that is designed to provide a low-cost interface solution to PLC and Soft Logic-based applications. The 1175T-PMP-1100 Interface supports up to 64 I/O reference connections and it can be upgraded by using the I/O reference expansion module that suits specific application needs. The 1175T-PMP-1100 Interface offers the combined ease of use, ruggedness, and performance of all Eaton PanelMate products in a single compact, cost-effective package, and it is compatible with all major brands of industrial PLC controllers and industry network protocols including DeviceNet, PROFIBUS, Modicon Modbus Plus, and Allen-Bradley Data Highway Plus. The 1175T-PMP-1100 Interface has a 7.7-inch color, dual-scan LCD touchscreen with a resistive touch surface for graphically displaying machine process data and providing the operators with a view of their application processes.

The 1175T-PMP-1100 Interface offers a 3 x 5 cell control resistive touchscreen display with an on-screen keypad, control buttons, and non-overlapping pop-ups. The 1175T-PMP-1100 Interface requires 24 Volts DC power for operation (-15% to 20%), and it has a maximum power dissipation rating of 23 Watts. The 1175T-PMP-1100 Interface utilizes the highly-intuitive, multilanguage “PanelMate Power Pro” software for the development of displays and the configuration of application parameters. The 1175T-PMP-1100 Interface offers a compact, non-modular design with a thermostat bezel and epoxy powder coat paint for maximum performance even in extreme industrial conditions. The 1175T-PMP-1100 Interface has a standard configurable serial port (RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485) for PLC communication, and it also has a network interface for a wide range of industrial communication networks including DeviceNet, ControlNet, Data Highway Plus, and PROFIBUS DP. The 1175T-PMP-1100 Interface has a NEMA 4/4X/12 indoor installation rating and an operating temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius.
