The outer jacket of the cable is composed of a low adhesion, halogen-free, and highly abrasion-resistant PUR blend, which provides durability in demanding environments. For enhanced protection from electromagnetic interference (EMI), the cable features tinned copper shielding with around 85% optical coverage. This is especially critical for maintaining signal integrity in high-electromagnetic environments.

The cable's design accommodates high flexibility, allowing for a minimum dynamic bending radius of 10 times its outer diameter, while fixed installations require a minimum bending radius of 4 times the outer diameter. This flexibility equates to the module's capability of withstanding over 5 million torsion cycles at ±180° per meter, making it suitable for continuous movement applications in industrial robotics.

It can operate effectively across a dynamic temperature range of -25°C to +80°C and remain functional between -10°C to +60°C for fixed installs. Additionally, the module has inherent flame retardancy and high UV resistance, ensuring durability and reliability in various operational settings.
