The cable includes a robust outer jacket made from either abrasion-resistant PUR or a high-performance TPE blend, protecting against wear while ensuring superior flexibility. For internal insulation, high-grade TPE or FEP materials are utilized, contributing to the cable's overall resilience. The conductors are made from extra fine-stranded bare copper wire, compliant with VDE 0295 Class 6 and IEC 60228 Class 6 standards, facilitating extreme flexibility.

The cable is capable of withstanding dynamic operating temperatures from -20°C to +80°C, ensuring reliable performance across a wide temperature range. With excellent chemical resistance, it is suitable for use where exposure to acids, alkalis, and solvents is likely. Its high-density braided shielding, made of tinned copper wires, provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference.

Designed to accommodate significant movement, the cable supports a minimum bending radius of 7.5 times its outer diameter, along with torsion capabilities of ± 360° per meter. It is optimized for extensive flexing cycles, enduring up to 10 million cycles for constant flex applications and 5 million cycles for torsion.
