The FANUC A660-4002-T097 is a specialized industrial robot connection cable, meticulously designed for demanding operations. It maintains a dynamic operating temperature range from -25°C to +80°C, suitable for extreme conditions in industrial settings. The cable’s outer diameter measures 11.5 mm, ensuring compatibility with various installations.

In terms of flexibility, this cable exhibits remarkable torsion capabilities, allowing bending up to ±180° per meter, making it ideal for dynamic applications. When fixed in place, the minimum bending radius is between 4x to 5x the outer diameter, while it expands to 7x to 10x for dynamic uses. This flexibility is critical for robotic operations where movement is continuous and requires durable connections.

The cable features shielding comprised of a high-density tinned copper braid and/or aluminum foil, complemented by a drain wire, protecting it from electromagnetic interference and environmental stressors. Its jacket is made of abrasion-resistant PUR or a halogen-free TPE blend, conferring resistance to various operational hazards. The insulation consists of advanced TPE that contributes to the cable’s robustness. Additionally, the cable is designed to be self-extinguishing and non-flame propagating, enhancing safety.

Rounding out its capabilities, the A660-4002-T097 demonstrates excellent resistance to UV light, ozone, oils, and coolants, ensuring longevity even in challenging environments.
