The GE Fanuc IC660BRD024 Genius GMR Source Output Block is a 12/24 Volts DC source output block for the T-Output Subsystem. The IC660BRD024 Source Output Block belongs to the T-Block Output Group of the Genius Modular Redundancy (GMR) Output Subsystem. The output subsystem of the GMR controls and monitors discrete output loads, and it may include H-Block, T-Block, I-Block, 1 out of 1 Diagnostics, and Genius Redundancy Output Groups. The IC660BRD024 Source Output Block is compatible with the H-Output group and T-Output group configurations. In the H-Output group configuration, two IC660BRD024 Source Output Blocks are connected in parallel with one side of the load while two other sinking output blocks are connected to the other side of the load. In the T-Output group configuration, two IC660BRD024 Source Output Blocks are connected in parallel to one side of the load, while the other end of the load is grounded.

The T-Block output group has an aggregate current rating of 16.0 Amps and a maximum leakage current rating of 20 microamps. The IC660BRD024 source output block comes with built-in blocking diodes and feedback resistors on each output point for fault detection and for the prevention of possible system malfunctions as a result of I/O back-drive current when it is used in H-Output or T-Output groups.
