The GE IC660TBR110 terminal assembly is a terminal assembly which is not UL approved. The IC660TBR110 terminal assembly is a terminal assembly for the IC660BBR100 I/O block from GE Fanuc. Various types of Genius I/O blocks are available from GE Fanuc which can be used to interface a wide range of field devices with a Genius I/O communication bus. The types of available blocks include input blocks, relay output blocks, source blocks, sink blocks, current-source output blocks, current-source input blocks, RTG input blocks, thermocouple input blocks, counters, and power TRAC blocks. Additionally the blocks are available with 4, 8, 16, and 32 inputs and/or outputs. The IC660BRR100 block is a 16-circuit block with relay outputs. The 16 output circuits are split into 4 groups, with each group having 4 output circuits.

 

The GE Fanuc IC660TBR110 terminal assembly forms the base of the whole Genius I/O block. The field wiring terminations are made to the terminal assembly on the block. Additionally, the block configuration data is stored in the EEPROM which is also part of the IC660TBR110 terminal assembly. The other component of the I/O block is the electronics assembly which includes the active electrical components, communication components, and I/O. There is no need to change or reconfigure the terminal assembly of an I/O block if the electronics assembly needs replacement. The osolation between the outputs and chassis ground on the IC660BRR100 block is 1500 Volts AC, the isolation between the output groups is 1500 Volts AC, and the isolation between the terminals and outputs is also 1500 Volts AC. The maximum heat dissipation of the block is 10.1 Watts when all 16 circuits are on.
