The GE Fanuc IC755ACC15MNT kit is a Quickpanel accessory kit which contains replacement mounting clips, serial port connectors, and power connectors. The IC755ACC15MNT kit is compatible with Quickpanel+ units that come with 15-inch displays. Quickpanel and Quickpanel+ units are ARM microprocessor-powered industrial operator terminals that run the Embedded Compact 7 version of Microsoft Windows. The power connector on these units is a Tyco Electronics 284510-3 connector which can be used for both +24 Volts DC or +12 Volts DC inputs. The RS-232 serial port connector is a Tyco Electronics 284510-5 connector which can be used with AWG 30 to AWG 14 wires rated for 167 degrees Fahrenheit. The recommended torque for attaching the screws is 0.3 N-m. Repeated retightening of the clips that are used for unit mounting can lead to gasket degradation and this should be avoided. The IC755ACC15MNT kit can be used to replace missing or damaged parts.
The touchscreen display on the Quickpanel+ terminals that use the IC755ACC15MNT spare parts kit is based on projected capacitive touch technology and it supports 2-point multi-touch. 15-inch Quickpanel+ units feature a 15-inch TFT LCD screen with 1024 x 768 resolution, 65,536 colors, and 310 nits of brightness. The communications options include two 10/100BaseT Ethernet with an RJ-45 interface, one RS-232 port, one RS-232/485 interface, and 2 USB 2.0 interfaces which supply 5 Volts of power at 0.5 Amps. One lineout is provided for audio output. The noise immunity rating for the units is 1500 Volts peak to peak with 1 microsecond of pulse duration and 1 nanosecond of rise time. The Quickpanel units are rated for 30 Watts of power consumption. The current draw is 1.25 Amps at 24 Volts DC and 2.5 Amps at 12 Volts DC.
