The IC755CKS15CDMEP terminal is an industrial micro-computer with a touchscreen display. The IC755CKS15CDMEP terminal belongs to the Quickpanel+ family of industrial terminals from GE Fanuc. The IC755CKS15CDMEP terminal has a 15-inch display and an RSTi-EP Modbus TCP. The terminal complies with the UL, CE, IP65F, FCC, and RoHS requirements. The dimensions of the IC755CKS15CDMEP terminal are 399 x 323 x 70 millimeters. The terminal weighs approximately 4.5 kilograms. The IC755CKS15CDMEP terminal can be panel-mounted and it can also be mounted on a VESA 1000 arm. The panel mounting requirements include a cutout measuring 379 x 305 millimeters. Brackets for panel mounting and a mounting gasket are supplied with the terminal. Natural convection cooling is used as the cooling method. GE Fanuc recommends a 0 to 55 degrees Celsius operating temperature range and a -10 to 60 degrees Celsius storage and transport temperature range.
Power supplies that are rated for 2.5 Amps of current at 12 Volts DC and 1.25 Amps of current at 24 Volts DC can be used to power up and operate the IC755CKS15CDMEP terminal. The maximum power consumption of the unit is 30 Watts. The 1 Gigahertz ARM CPU comes with an integrated GPU, a floating point math coprocessor, Level 1 and Level 2 caches, and a NEON SIMD media accelerator. The memory in the system includes 1 GB of SDRAM, 512 MB of NAND-based NVRAM, and 512 KB of SRAM. The 15-inch display is based on TFT LCD technology and it supports projective capacitive multi-touch control. Multiple options are provided for communications, including 2 FastEthernet interfaces, 3 USB ports, and 2 serial communication ports. One mic-in audio port with a 3.5-millimeter jack is also provided on the terminal.
