The IC694MDL752 isa discrete output module that is capable of operating in 5 VDC (TTL) mode and 12/24 VDC voltage mode. This module is designed to energize typical electrical loads operating at 10.2-28.8 VDC and electronic loads operating at 4.75-5.25 VDC voltage ranges. This module is part of the PACSystem RX3i of Emerson Automation, formerly by GE Intelligent Platforms. The IC694MDL752 is a single-slot width module that mounts to any available slot of an RX3i backplane. It can function as local output module installed at the local CPU rack or as a distributed output module mounted at a distributed I/O station. The number of IC694MDL752 module instances depends on the available module slot and the supported I/O capacity of the host processor. Being a high-density output module, it is equipped with Two (2) arrays of embedded compact module connectors that are designed in compatibility with Two male 24–pin connectors (Fujitsu FCN–365P024–AU). It accepts custom assembled cables made by the user as well as compatible with pre-wired cables with catalog number IC694CBL327 and IC694CBL328. The IC694MDL752 deliver an output current of 25mA per point, maximum when operating in TTL mode; 0.5 Ampere per point, maximum when configured in 12/24V mode; maximum of 4 Amperes maximum per group and 3 Amperes per group common pin This module has a maximum current draw of 260mA from 5 volt bus on backplane which is 13mA + 3 mA/point ON + 4.7 mA/LED; Maximum of 12 mA (maximum) per group from user supply @ 5VDC when all group outputs energized; 25 mA (maximum) per group from user supply @ 12 VDC with all outputs within the group actuated and 44 mA (maximum) per group from user supply @ 24 VDC and all eight outputs in group ON.

The GE Fanuc IC694MDL752 5/24 Volt DC TTL Output Module is a 32-point negative logic output module that is made for the RX3i PACSystems platform. This output module has 32 discrete outputs arranged in isolated groups of 4 (with each group containing 8 output points), and it also provides negative logic or sinking-type outputs that are capable of sinking up to 25 milliamps of current per point. The IC694MDL752 Output Module offers 2 operation modes, the TTL mode and the 12/24 Volts mode. In the TTL mode, the IC694MDL752 Output Module’s outputs can switch loads across +5 Volts DC (+/-5%) and in the 12/24 Volts mode, they can maintain loads between 12 and 24 Volts DC and they are capable of sinking up to 0.5 Amps of maximum current per point. The IC694MDL752 Output Module has 4 group commons with a 2-pin I/O connector per group and each group has a maximum load of 3.0 Amps. Each group common in the IC694MDL752 Output Module can support more than one load-type simultaneously. For example, the IC694MDL752 Output Module can drive 12 Volts DC loads, 24 Volts DC loads, and TTL loads simultaneously in different groups. The IC694MDL752 Output Module has a rated operating voltage rating of 5.0 to 24.0 Volts DC, and an operating range of 4.75 to 5.25 Volts DC (TTL mode) or 10.2 to 28.8 Volts DC (12/24 Volts DC mode). Each output point on the module has an internal pull-resistor and they are all isolated from one another. The IC694MDL752 Output Module has 4.6 Amps of maximum inrush rating for 10 milliseconds. It also has 0.5 milliseconds of standard signal response time. The IC694MDL752 Output Module is installed the I/O slot in the PLC and is compatible with only the RX3i CPUs.
