IC693MDL250

The IC693MDL250 module is an isolated input module manufactured by GE Intelligent Platforms/GE Fanuc as part of Series 90-30. This module has a voltage of 120 Volts AC and it provides 16 remote input points that often operate on different AC supply phases but can also be powered by a common power source. It features an RC snubber that protects each of the inputs against the transient electrical noise coming from the power line. The IC693MDL250 module allows for the input filtering time to be changed as the system operates by using the application program. It can be used with extended box-style,  box style, extended spring style, or spring style terminal block. The prolonged terminal blocks offer an additional shroud depth that is often essential for field wiring to the AC devices.

Other notable features of the IC693MDL250 isolated input module features individually labeled LEDs that indicate the "ON" and "OFF" status of each of the input points. The terminal block LED light turns green when the detachable terminal block is locked in place. It turns red when the terminal block is not locked in. The red band found on the door card indicates that the MDL250 module has a high voltage level. The IC693MDL250 isolated input module runs on 120 Volts AC voltage with an input voltage ranging between 0 and 132 Volts AC at a frequency of 47 to 63 Hertz, and 120 Volts AC nominal voltage. Some of the input characteristics of this module include an on-state voltage of 70 to 132 Volts AC with a current rating of 5 milliamps and an off-state voltage of 0 to 20 Volts AC with a current of 2.5 milliamps.
