The GE Fanuc IC693MDL634 module is an input module with a voltage rating of 24 Volts DC. It is manufactured as part of the Series 90-30 product line of Programmable Logic Controllers or PLCs manufactured by the GE Intelligent Platforms/GE Fanuc Company. This module features one group of 8 input points as well as a single common power input terminal. The configuration of the GE Fanuc IC693MDL634 module allows for the use of both negative and positive logic characteristics. Some of these input characteristics are best used for a variety of input devices supplied by the users, for instance, pushbuttons and limit switches. When current goes through the input points, the input status table results in a logic level of 1. The power used to run field devices can be supplied by the operators, but an isolated output power of +24 Volts DC can work as a source of power for limited DC inputs.
