The IC697MDL750 is a Digital output module that is part of the Series 9-70 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), formerly manufactured by GE Fanuc now under Emerson Automation. This module is a single slot module that mounts to a vacant slot of the Series 90-70 baseplate. It supports local I/O operation or as part of a larger distributed I/O architecture. The IC697MDL750 mainly features Thirty-Two (32) discrete output channels that deliver an output voltage range of 20-60 VDC with a rated voltage of 24 / 48 VDC. It can be used to energize a variety of electrical loads, to implement a manual or automated operation. Compatible devices include motor starters, solenoid-actuated devices, and Pilot lamps. Each channel of the module delivers an output current of 0.5 Amperes with a 2.0 Ampere rating per output group. This output module has Four (4) groups of Eight (8) channels each group. Module isolation is provided up to group isolation only with an isolation rating of 5000 Volts between groups while each output channel has rated backplane isolation of 1500 Volts. This module has a maximum inrush current of 10 Amperes with a duration of 20 ms. The maximum output voltage drop is 1 Volt while individual channel response time is at a maximum delay of 1 ms. Each channel also exhibits a leakage current amounting to 1 mA. The IC697MDL750 has a current draw of 0.25 Ampere and is designed incompatibility with VME standard C.1. This module comes with a high-density removable terminal block ideally used with wire bundles. Each terminal of the removable terminal accepts a maximum of Two (2) wires with a size of #22 AWG (0.36 mm2) through #14 AWG (2.10 mm2).
