The Horner Electric HE693DAC420 output module is engineered for precise control within automation systems, featuring four analog outputs. Users can choose between output signal ranges of 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA, accommodating various application requirements. With a resolution of 14 bits, the module ensures detailed signal representation. It delivers linearity performance with an error margin of just ±0.10% for outputs set in the 4-20 mA mode.

The output loop voltage offers flexibility, with a range between 3 to 32 VDC, making it suitable for multiple configurations. Maximum load impedance is specified at 1.1 kΩ when operating at 24 VDC. This module prioritizes safety and operational integrity, with isolation ratings reaching 1500 VAC RMS (±2000 VDC) for both channel-to-channel and field-to-logic connections.

Power consumption remains efficient, drawing 90 mA at 5 VDC and 120 mA at 24 VDC. At power-up, the module may experience a current surge of 250 mA for 10 milliseconds at 5 VDC and 900 mA for 30 milliseconds at 24 VDC. For temperature resilience, it operates effectively in a range of 0 to 60 °C, while storage conditions can be as extreme as -40 to 85 °C. Moreover, it maintains functionality in conditions with humidity levels from 5% to 95%, non-condensing.
